The Pleasantville Public School District aims to provide a high-quality Early Childhood program
that is tailored to meet the diverse needs of every preschool child with the emphasis on
cognition, social and emotional development, and literacy and math skills that ensure successful
fluent readers by grade three; and establish a collaborative community of partnerships invested
in the future generation of caring, sensitive, talented, and innovative leaders. Students will
successfully transition to the elementary school through high school prepared for continued
learning with confidence.
