Mrs. White, Principal |
It is my absolute honor to serve at the helm of this amazing Middle School, where our primary goal is to create an environment where students can learn and succeed. With this in mind, we as a school strive to promote such an environment in our building through visual and intellectual stimulation, consistent discipline policies and encouragement. |
Mrs. Atkins-Turner - |
I am completing my second year as Assistant Principal here at Pleasantville Middle School. While I love being an Administrator, I’m still a teacher at heart.
I have been employed in the district for 17 years. I began my career as an elementary teacher at South Main Street School, where I taught grades 1 - 4 respectively. During my time at South Main, I realized I wanted to impact education at a different level, so I enrolled in graduate school. I earned a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership in 2001. I have enjoyed many successful years in Pleasantville because early in my career I embraced the challenges and rewards of teaching in an urban district. This has kept me focused and committed to my students. I am elated to be a part of the Middle School family and will do my best to impact teaching and learning in a positive way. |
